Certified Millwright at LP

Join LP in Peace Valley as a Certified Millwright focused on maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment in a manufacturing plant environment. Collaborate with a driven team to maximize production and uptime.

In this hands-on position, you'll be part of our Maintenance team with at least three years of industrial experience.

Your role will include reading blueprints, troubleshooting machinery, and training apprentices. By leveraging your skills in lubrication, welding, and preventive maintenance, you will ensure consistent operation and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment effectively

• Read and create blueprints to inform work procedures

• Troubleshoot and adjust complex machinery as needed

• Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs

• Train and mentor apprentices in practical tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience

• Red Seal certification in Industrial Mechanic/Millwright

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

• Basic computer skills for work order systems
