Position: Measurement Technician with Pacific Northern Gas
Location: Dawson Creek

Join Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. as a Measurement Technician based in Dawson Creek or Fort St. John, BC. This position is integral to managing gas transmission and regulation across the region.

In this role, you'll oversee measurement facilities, process electronic billing, and ensure the integrity of the gas supply system. You will guide Measurement personnel and facilitate compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise in instrumentation will be vital to maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Measurement personnel in operations

• Oversee the maintenance of measurement and regulation equipment

• Plan and coordinate inspections with Measurement Canada

• Research and resolve measurement issues effectively

• Conduct performance reviews and set training agendas

Requirements:

• Successful completion of Instrumentation Apprenticeship (RED SEAL)

• High School Diploma with strong math and physics background

• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License

• Two years’ experience in gas utility measurement

• Proven mechanical skills and technical proficiency
