Mobile Service Technician

As a full-time Service Technician, you will report to the Business Centre's Manager. This role demands proficiency in SCBA and gas detection, compressor system maintenance, and fit testing. With a focus on customer service, you'll also manage service records and work closely with our Sales team to develop client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, test, and re-certify safety equipment per standards

• Arrange customer authorization for work orders

• Maintain stock levels in mobile unit for timely service

• Create accurate records, including inspections and schedules

• Assist staff with duties as scheduling allows

Requirements:

• Professional and courteous demeanor with clients

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically

• Training provided to qualified candidates
