Schedule and practice model:
- Outpatient-only dental practice
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts available
- Team-based clinical support structure
- Integrated care and quality-focused environment
Clinical responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
- Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and routine dental care
- Handle routine and complex procedures including molars and extractions
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
- Refer complex pediatric cases internally as needed
- Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary: $183,000 – $225,000 annually
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation
- 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility
- $5,000 annual professional expense card for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment
- Laptop and cell phone provided
- Spanish language differential pay available
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD required
- Active California dental license or ability to obtain required
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patient populations required
- Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
- Mission-driven approach to community healthcare required
- Team-based and collaborative clinical mindset required
- Commitment to underserved populations strongly preferred
