LPN LVN - FLOAT Personnel - Temporary

Description

The Journey LPN LVN administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or the Physician/Advance Practice Provider (APP). This role utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the nursing process when delivering care. Performs designated patient care duties to the maximum extent allowed by Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Practice Act. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical / vocational nursing program.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 18 months licensed nursing experience.

• 1 year office nursing experience.

Pay range: $32.58 - $49.84 per hour, with additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
