RN – Medical Surgical ICU (Per Diem, 12‑hour Day Shifts)

Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA offers this position for a Registered Nurse. The hospital is a 5‑star Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) rated facility and a Top Performing Hospital by Partnership Health Plan's Hospital Quality Improvement Program in 2024.

You will provide patient‑focused, whole‑person care in the Medical Surgical ICU, applying your specialized training to deliver world‑class health care with a human connection. Your voice matters as you help inspire and retain the best nurses in a supportive environment.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate – NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
• National Provider PALS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Pay range: $54.61 – $92.23 per shift. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
