Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to meet the needs of patients. The role may involve floating between facilities as required.

• Deliver patient care according to established standards and protocols.
• Assist in patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care procedures.
• Document patient care in the electronic charting system.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• Experience in a similar nursing role preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, specifically Epic.
• Completed COVID-19 and flu vaccine status as per facility requirements.
• Two references covering professional experience within the last three years.
