Requirements to Apply- Active California RN or LVN license
- 2+ years of nursing experience (home health or community-based care preferred)
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Experience caring for frail or elderly populations and a valid California driver’s license with reliable transportation
Lead home care teams, coordinate quality patient care, ensure compliance, and improve outcomes for seniors through compassionate, collaborative leadership.
