Fortuna Community Health Center – Open Door Community Health Centers Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant assesses and evaluates the health care needs of patients, performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, institutes and manages care for patients, and performs related work as assigned.

** Diploma from an accredited program with credentialing through the American Nurses Association or Physician Assistant Association
** Required Licensure & Certifications

* Current, unrestricted California license
* Current DEA registration
* Current Board Certification in specialty of practice (or board eligible if a newer graduate)
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Valid California driver's license with an insurable driving record
