Seeking a registered nurse for a full-time float pool position at a hospital in Fortuna, CA, working 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities include:- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care across various units.
- Applying specialized nursing skills to support clinical excellence and compassionate care.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License and BLS certification upon hire.
- ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, and NRP certifications within specified time frames.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced hospital environment.
- On-site work at a hospital recognized for clinical excellence and compassionate care.
