Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Fortuna, California.

Operating Room (OR) nurse in a rural hospital setting. The role involves circulating and recovering patients for various surgical procedures. The facility requires candidates to have at least one year of OR experience and be adaptable to the on-call and holiday requirements.

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week starting from 10/05/2026 through 01/04/2027.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  At least 1 year of relevant experience, current valid state license (compact license accepted), and certified in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience with Endoscopy procedures is required.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates must be able to work in a rural hospital environment performing circulating and recovery duties. The assignment involves on-call obligations, holiday work (must work 3 of 5 specified holidays), and may require floating between nearby facilities. Candidates need to include responses to prior work at Providence facilities and references covering the last three years.

  Candidates must commit to the outlined schedule and request all time off upfront. Refusal to float or inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may result in contract termination.
