Sr. Accountant​/Accounting Manager

Our client, a leading organization in autonomous transportation, is seeking a Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the accounting and finance functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills. They should be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager

$60-67/h + Benefits

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Manage accounts payable and implement process improvements
• Review employee expense accounting classifications and act as a backup for team members when needed for different accounting functions such as fixed assets and leases

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills
