Description

Client Acceptance Solutions is a global and high growth business unit within the Value‑Added Services organization, and a key contributor to VAS’ 20%+ YoY growth. Acceptance Solutions focuses on helping businesses keep ahead of changing consumer expectations for payments while also managing their costs and growing revenue. Acceptance Solutions does this by providing a range of infrastructure for Merchants, Acquirers and Technology Partners for accepting payments, reducing fraud, increasing approvals and managing disputes.

Responsibilities
  • Play an important role in the Acceptance Solutions business unit by accelerating key initiatives and driving overall business unit performance.
  • Define and lead work streams to accelerate priorities that arise within the business unit that are cross‑functional in nature or require close collaboration with the business unit lead and/or leadership team.
  • Drive focus to improve the end‑to‑end health of the business, working closely with the various functions leads to drive better outcomes towards their targets (Sales, Product, Client Services, etc.).
  • Partner with Global Product owners within the Network Products suite and the market stakeholders responsible for commercialization, to drive incremental revenue through sales, compliance and pricing efforts.
Must have skills
  • 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 9 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and applying these strategically. Strong command of data analysis.
  • Team player. Able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills. Willingness to take ownership of detail when producing written deliverables to executives.
  • Knowledge of the payment acceptance landscape and willingness to stay on top of trends.
  • Critical thinking skills and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to drive cross‑functional project teams of colleagues across multiple geographies and disciplines (in a matrix structure where none of the resources report directly to the manager).
  • High sense of accountability and self‑motivation. Ability to self‑direct and make recommendations to team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate with all levels and influence without authority.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
  • Ability to bring a commercial mindset to product planning, including adoption strategy, revenue growth, approval‑rate improvement, and market expansion.
  • Experience driving product outcomes through business reviews, commercial analysis, pricing, sales alignment, and client‑facing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead highly cross‑functional work streams (product, finance, sales, marketing, client services) to drive unified outcomes.
  • Ability to operate and influence in a matrixed global organization, especially across regions where processes differ.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fluid, or fast‑growth environments.
  • Ability to create clarity and structure where none exists.
  • Ability to organize complex product information into cohesive frameworks and stories for internal and external audiences.
  • Strength in developing integrated product narratives across multiple product lines.
Nice to have skills
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or large technology ecosystems (e.g., Stripe, Pay Pal, traditional acquiring/payment service providers).
  • Experience working with acquirers, ISVs, or reseller channels.
  • Experience with portfolio performance tools, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Exposure to global product coordination or regional commercialization.
