Concierge

Atria Senior Living - Up to $21.42/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Serves as point of contact for all resident requests and telephone calls.;
Coordinates services for residents and their family members (dry cleaning, deliveries, reservations, transportation, etc.).;
Maintains extremely high standards of customer service; meets with all new residents and their family members within 48 hours of arrival to explain concierge services.;
Coordinates the community's transportation schedule and coordinates medical transportation; ensures timely departures.;
Serves as a liaison between the dining room and residents; manages guest meal reservations and RSVP lists.
