Bright Horizons in Foster City is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a teaching team in delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with our anti-bias philosophy. You will mentor teachers, act as a curriculum expert, and engage families to support children's growth.
The role requires a CDA with a plan to complete an associate degree, or an associate degree in ECE/child development, and at least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality setting, with NAEYC experience
