• In‑depth understanding of chassis commodities within vehicle requirements.
• Proficiency in performing 1D/3D stack‑up analyses to evaluate design feasibility.
• Ability to organize and present complex technical information in a clear, concise, and impactful manner across the organization.
• Experience in build troubleshooting.
• Capability to train and mentor team members.
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T principles, with proven ability to create and validate technical drawings.
• Proficiency in CATIA (V5 and V6).

• Define and establish datum schemes, tolerances, and requirements for chassis commodities.
• Serve as Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) lead for feasibility assessments.
• Oversee the drawing‑check process for designated vehicle commodities.
• Define and implement measurement strategies.
• Approve fixtures in accordance with project requirements.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 6‑8 years’ experience in dimensional management.
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and process control.
• Strong understanding of variation simulation analysis tools.
• Knowledge of measurement systems and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of dimensional engineering deliverables within the vehicle development process.
• Proficiency in standard PC tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Salary range: $125,000‑135,000. Salary is dependent on location, qualifications, skills, education, training and experience.
