Overview
Our client is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Technical Program Manager, Vehicle System Integration
, to support the development and execution of actionable E/E system design roadmaps using the company’s configuration management tools.
In this role, you’ll identify execution workloads, align timelines across cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively unblock technical teams by resolving risks related to timing, resources, or missing inputs. You’ll also propagate lessons learned across teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in future development phases.

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll:- Lead vehicle system integration and electrical architecture timing, aligning hardware requirements, software/firmware dependencies, and validation milestones.
- Translate corporate milestones into detailed E/E roadmaps, technical schedules, and actionable deliverables.
- Partner with technical leads, component owners, and program managers to align E/E system designs with component plans and V&V activities.
- Maintain critical electrical system documentation, configuration assets, and delivery ownership.
- Identify, communicate, and elevate risks impacting scope, schedule, or resources.
- Collaborate with PMO, Safety, and Manufacturing teams to drive accountability and program execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions, deliver executive-level status communications, and establish a disciplined operating cadence that drives continuous improvement and lessons learned.
- Lead the Vehicle System Integration and Electrical Architecture timing plan and delivery ensuring alignment across hardware requirements, software/firmware stakeholder needs, and system validation milestones.
- Translate top-down corporate milestones into detailed E/E product roadmaps, technical timelines, and actionable deliverables.
- Work closely with technical leads, component owners, and other program managers to ensure the E/E system design aligns with component development plans and supports V&V (Verification and Validation) activities.
- Maintain critical electrical system design documents, plans and asset controls; drive communication channels that ensure every team member understands their specific delivery requirements.

- Partner with the PMO, Safety, and Manufacturing teams to drive accountability and ensure goals are met.
- Facilitate technical and non-technical discussions to align team perspectives; support the development of options matrices to help the cross-functional team make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Provide concise, high-impact communications to key stakeholders regarding program status, risks, and accomplishments via written reports and presentations.
- Establish a disciplined business and meeting cadence, ensuring focused agendas for critical topics and driving the continuous improvement of development processes and "Lessons Learned" propagation.
- Qualifications BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years specifically in Technical Program Management within a hardware/software environment.
- Proven track record in vehicle E/E system design, electrical integration, or managing complex HW/SW interfaces.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) and experience with Configuration Management.
- Strong track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects from requirements through validation.
- Ability to thrive in rapid design cycles; remains flexible and maintains a high level of organization in the face of uncertainty.
- Exceptional ability to facilitate both technical and non-technical discussions, aligning diverse perspectives toward a common design goal.
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to identify risks before they become blockers.
