PLM Contractor

Expected compensation: 63.70 USD Per Hour

Hire Art is helping our client find a PLM Contractor to support engineering change management and data release processes.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with responsible design engineers to coordinate engineering changes and ensure accurate release of product data.

You will work hands-on in the Dassault Systèmes 3

DEXPERIENCE platform (CATIA and ENOVIA), validating engineering data release packages to ensure high-quality output for internal teams and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced engineering environments with strong configuration management and documentation practices.

• Work with responsible design engineers to define, validate, and coordinate the release of system and subsystem bills of materials (BOMs) and associated CAD specifications and documentation.
• Track and manage in-process system and subsystem releases and engineering changes to ensure they are implemented accurately and on schedule for new product introduction and ongoing production milestones.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of PLM processes used to manage product BOMs and engineering data.

• 3+ years of experience working in engineering or production environments within automotive, aerospace, robotics, or similar industries
• Experience working with Dassault Systèmes 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform, including CATIA and ENOVIA
• Experience managing CAD and drawing data within an enterprise PLM environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and organizational skills

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Foster City, CA area.
