System Test Engineer - Autonomy

You'll play a pivotal part in managing mapping updates, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, helping to accelerate the development of autonomous driving systems that are revolutionizing transportation.
RequiredSkills
- 1–3+ years of experience in system test engineering, project coordination, data operations, or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for data manipulation, log analysis, and automation tasks.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor to enhance scripting efficiency.
- Strong understanding of managing workflows, issue reporting, and documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical meetings, coordinate among teams, and create detailed reports.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to validating data and system readiness.
- Background in Autonomous Vehicles, GIS, Robotics, or HD Mapping.
- Experience with data validation pipelines, mapping systems, or vehicle systems deployment.
- Familiarity with version control and automation frameworks.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Practical experience in autonomous systems or related technical environments.
- Onsite position in San Diego, CA; 5 days per week in the office.
- Immediate start preferred, with a contract duration of 6 months.
- W2 employment only; C2C is not available.
- Travel or additional certifications are not specified but candidates should be adaptable to project needs.
