Our client is a private equity firm with over $3.0 billion of capital under management, focused primarily on making long term, control investments in middle market businesses. This exceptional PE firm is looking for a Finance Manager to, among other tasks, work with the Finance team helping to manage the reporting of portfolio company data in the funds financial reporting, annual meeting presentations and in fundraising efforts as well as work closely with senior management on pro forma analyses
.
POSITION DESCRIPTIO

Manage portfolio data collection, monitoring, analytics, valuation, and reporting software, working closely with the deal team - s.Lead the quarterly valuation process for all portfolio compani
- es Maintain and update valuation models utilizing market multiples, discounted cash flow analyses, precedent transactions, and other accepted valuation methodologi
- es Manage the quarterly LP reporting of portfolio company data in coordination with the fund administrator and the Finance tea
- m.Manage the responding of LP portfolio data requests in coordination with the fund administrator and the Finance tea
- m.Help with gathering portfolio company data in coordination with the deal teams for fundraising investor presentation
- s.Work with senior management on pro forma analyses including fund capacity and IRR calculation
- s.Work closely with deal teams and Finance team to ensure portfolio reporting and deal team analysis are consistent, e.g., capitalization table
- s.Work closely with auditors, fund administrator, and Finance team on the annual aud
- it Manage the quarterly and annual valuation process with the Valuation committee and the outside valuation fir
