Associate, Investment Associate

Bertram Capital is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in Foster City, CA, starting in Summer 2027. This role involves working closely with experienced professionals on various investment opportunities and portfolio management. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in investment banking and a passion for driving growth in portfolio companies.

• Work closely with senior team members on new investment opportunities.
• Help evaluate potential investments and develop investment theses.
• Assist in managing portfolio companies and their growth strategies.
• Participate in deal execution and add-on acquisitions.

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience.
• Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
