Associate, Industrials Buyout Investing

Bertram Capital is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Industrials team starting in 2026. This role offers a chance to work on a variety of investment opportunities and collaborate with experienced professionals. You’ll be involved in evaluating investments, managing portfolios, and executing deals, all while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

• Work closely with senior team members on new investment opportunities.
• Evaluate potential platform investments and add-on acquisitions.
• Develop investment theses and manage portfolio companies.
• Participate in deal execution and due diligence processes.

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience.
• Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in portfolio company strategy and operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
