LOCATION:
Foster City, CA (Hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION:
From 12/15/2025 to 09/18/2026

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure and user technology environment.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain critical IT systems, including network devices and cloud infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve escalated technical incidents to minimize business disruption.
• Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate on strategic projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure system management and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior IT staff and end users.
• Perform incident response and root cause analysis for technical incidents, including security vulnerabilities and system outages.
• Support global IT operations across multiple time zones, including European offices (Zug/Basel), with periodic on‑call availability.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a Systems Engineering role.
• Very strong technical knowledge of architecture, design, implementation, and operations using cloud‑first solutions (e.g., OKTA, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Anti‑Spam).
• Experience with security tools such as Sumo Logic, Netskope, Abnormal AI security, ChatGPT, and other AI tools is a plus but not required.
• Technical skills in advanced networking (DHCP, Firewall, Switch, and Domain Controllers – Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Juniper Mist) and corporate devices.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and customers.
• Strong incident resolution and root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Microsoft environment, including troubleshooting issues in Exchange, managing Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Manager Intune, and supporting device compliance.
• Experience with Azure/Entra , managing users, policies, GPOs, and identity security.
• Understanding of Okta as the primary identity management system, including SSO integrations and log analysis.
• Experience with Netskope security platform, reviewing security alerts, and policy enforcement.
• Proficiency with Sumo Logic for logging, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to navigate multiple security and system administration consoles.
• Mentorship experience and serving as Tier 3 escalation point for technical issues.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $62.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
