• Should be able to involve customer in technical discussion and drive end-to-end from idea generation to execution and sign off.
• Well versed with ASM reporting and complete understanding of AMS Reporting
• Plan and execute operations of customers into the AMS service and managing projects/programs
• Drive the customer engagement end-to-end including budget responsibility, customer expectations, delivery team success, reporting and invoicing
• Lead the involved delivery units and ensure transition is done in budget, time and quality
• Development & implementation of quality plans for AMS customers and delivery partners
• Escalation management - de-escalate critical customer situations
• SDM to drive projects and application support & maintenance portfolio - SAP, custom apps, SaaS and mobility portfolio for an utility customer
• Good understanding of SAP’s strategy, products, services and organizational structure
• Support pipeline generation, qualification, opportunity management and deal closure
• Be a coach to other team members
• Overall responsible for end-to-end management of projects / services in the span of control

• 16+ years in SAP Service Delivery Manager, with strong SAP HANA expertise in ASM engagements. It is mandatory that the individual has started as SAP consultant and moved to Project or Program Management.
• Background from SAP functional – SAP Logistic (EWM or Production Planning) understand end-to-end business processes
• Experience in AMS, outsourcing, and well versed with ASM reporting like metrics and KPI
• ITIL certified; strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
• Proven ability to work in global, virtual teams and drive customer success.

Pay Range Minimum: $170,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $200,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits:

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
