  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Planning, Free Form, PCM, IPM, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Implement metadata changes, business rules, calculation scripts, forms and dashboards.
  • Ensure governance, documentation, and operational readiness for all releases.
  • Collaborate with FP&A teams to understand planning cycles, reporting needs, and operational processes.
  • Apply expertise in workforce planning, capital planning, Opex/project budgeting, revenue forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with financial data models and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Planning COE, BI, DS&G, and CIT teams to deliver integrated solutions enabling FP&A transformation.
  • Support planning cycle operations, troubleshoot issues, and lead root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain solution documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and support runbooks.

  • Champion transformation, influence adoption, and enable change in a global organization.
  • Balance long‑term roadmap planning with tactical delivery for planning cycles.
  • Thrive in an iterative, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI‑driven planning and analytics, to continuously innovate and optimize FP&A processes.
