- Ensure the program produces the pre-implementation outputs explicitly called out: design confirmation, data & integration requirements, fit-gap analysis, and timelines.
- Support cross-functional alignment across the identified application ecosystem (MES, SAP/ERP, RTS, IT/OT pipeline, LIMS, QMS/QDMS, Historian, Asset Mgmt, etc.) where interfaces impact MES/SAP outcomes.
