Senior Enterprise QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise QA Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in software quality assurance, test strategy, and enterprise application testing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing initiatives, manage QA teams, define automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise systems and digital transformation programs.

• Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and governance frameworks.
• Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing activities.
• Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for continuous validation and release readiness.
• Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and Dev Ops teams.
• Support CI/CD integration and shift‑left testing practices.
• Establish QA metrics, dashboards, defect management processes, and quality reporting standards.
• Identify testing risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor QA engineers and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams and vendor partners.
• Ensure production readiness and support release management activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership
• Hands‑on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium, Worksoft along with Performance testing tools like Load runner, Tricentis
• Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Performance testing certifications preferred
• Experience with AI‑driven testing and quality engineering practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions

$190,000 - $228,000 a year

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign‑on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.

The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
