We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to help design, build, and scale AI powered components using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio Premium, and the Power Platform. This role will partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver secure, enterprise grade conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands on experience across Azure APIs, MS Copilot, and the Power Platform ecosystem, and is comfortable working in regulated, enterprise environments.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering
• 2 Years of experience on Agentic AI (techniques, patterns, orchestration, packages like Lang Graph, Lang Chain) & Copilot Studio Development
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform Solutions with experience in building and extending solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors
• 5 years of experience in developing secure integrations using Azure APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST services; 3 years of experience in Python
• 5+ years of experience in Engineering & Delivery which Includes CI/CD and ALM best practices across Power Platform and Azure deployments
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium, Azure (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Experience building AI driven solutions using Azure Open AI and/or Cognitive Services
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs;
  Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script, C#, or Python
• Solid understanding of security, identity, and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
• Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking;

  Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and prompt engineering best practices
• Experience implementing ALM for Power Platform (pipelines, solutions, environment strategy)
• Exposure to Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub for CI/CD;
  Background supporting financial, IT, or operational systems
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI) a plus

• Scalable, secure copilots and AI components adopted across the organization
• Clean, reusable integrations between copilots, Azure services, and enterprise systems
• Strong governance, documentation, and maintainability of AI solutions
• Trusted technical partner to business and IT leadership on AI delivery
