Vice President of Product Management – CNAPP, ASPM, and AI Security

Foster City, California (Min 3 days mandatory in office)

Qualys is seeking an experienced VP of Product Management to lead a high-growth, emerging market multi-product portfolio that includes Total Cloud (CNAPP), Total App Sec  (ASPM), and Total

AI (AI-SPM). The role requires 360‑degree ownership of Cloud, Container, Application, and AI Security product lines, inbound and outbound product management responsibilities, and leading a globally distributed team of 10+ product leaders.

• Product Ownership:
  Total Cloud (CNAPP), Total App Sec  (ASPM), and Total
  
  AI (AI‑SPM)
• Business Ownership – grow revenue, prioritize features, monetize, and analyze metrics such as cross‑sell, up‑sell, expansion, renewal; develop business plans and present to leadership
• Pipeline & Lead Generation – create and execute campaigns to generate leads and convert pipeline to closed won
• Pricing & Packaging – evaluate freemium, premium, and bundled options to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Product‑Led Growth and Sales – innovate sales motion, digital marketing, demand generation, and lead management to acquire and convert paid customers
• Team Leadership – mentor and grow a team of ~10 product managers, set priorities, and foster high‑performance culture
• Outbound Product Management – develop sales enablement collateral, positioning, competitive analysis, and support Qualys’ unique positioning; educate sales team and provide demos and presentations
• Inbound Product Management – own product vision, roadmap, and execution for CNAPP, ASPM, and AI‑SPM; evangelize strategy, GTM plan, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams; gather customer insights for roadmap

• Proven track record scaling security products across multiple domains (cloud, container, application, and AI security)
• Deep understanding of the security market, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and evolving customer needs
• Experience managing a portfolio of security products and making data‑driven investment decisions
• Hands‑on VP‑level product management experience, capable of deep execution and strategic vision
• Strong GTM expertise and collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing product teams, fostering execution, ownership, and accountability
• Strategic decision‑making skills balancing technical feasibility, market opportunity, and business impact
• Executive presence and stakeholder management, influencing across the organization and engaging with C‑level leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or engineering; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience or 8+ years of technical leadership in cloud security solutions

Annual Salary Guidelines: $240,000 – $275,000
