As a Technical Sourcer, you will be the ultimate force multiplier for our talent acquisition team. You’ll partner directly with recruiters and senior engineering leaders to hunt down, map out, and engage the brightest passive tech talent on the planet.

• Strategic Hunting: Map out competitive talent pools, create target company lists, and unlock passive systems engineering talent.
• Lead Executive Searches: Drive specialized sourcing strategies for high-level technical requisitions, including Manager and Executive leadership tiers.
• Rigorous Screening: Engage and interview technical talent, evaluating their technical aptitude, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Be the Face of the Brand: Act as a professional brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch, seamless candidate experience from first contact.

• 4+ Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  Dedicated, full-cycle technical sourcing experience within a fast-paced corporate or specialized agency environment.
• Deep Tech Acumen: You know your way around tech industry ecosystems, engineering disciplines, and competitive market landscapes.
• Leadership Hiring Track Record: Proven success identifying, assessing, and landing leadership-level and executive technical talent.
• Elite Communication: Exceptional consultative skills with the confidence to present data, influence stakeholders, and interface with senior engineering leadership.
• Experience sourcing specifically for specialized hardware, software, or advanced systems engineering roles.
• A hybrid background combining both agency staffing and in-house corporate technical sourcing.
• Direct experience collaborating hand-in-hand with Director and VP-level engineering leaders to adjust pipeline strategies.
