Job Description
Project Manager with Pharma domain experience is critical.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Project Management (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
- Business Analysis (requirements, process mapping, use cases)
- Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and drive Sitecore-based website development and digital experience initiatives for a global pharma client.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Service Now
- Strong stakeholder communication & governance
The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross‑functional coordination experience operating within regulated (GxP/MLR‑aware) environments.
Roles & Responsibilities- Own project planning, scope, timelines, and delivery governance
- Drive requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, user stories)
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Manage stakeholders, communications, and expectations
- Track risks, issues, KPIs, and SLA adherence
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, backlog grooming)
- Coordinate across business, IT, and delivery teams
- Support UAT, demos, and deployment readiness
Bachelor’s degree required.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 a year.
QualificationsBachelor of Computer Science.
