System Analyst

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Revenue Systems Analyst (ORMB) for one of the largest Financial Services/Payments companies.

Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 18 Month Contract (Potential for conversion)

We are seeking a Revenue Systems Analyst to support enterprise billing and revenue platform initiatives within a large-scale global organization. This role will play a key part in integrating a newly acquired business into an existing Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) environment while also supporting ongoing billing system enhancements and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between Revenue Operations, Business Stakeholders, and IT teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Partner with Revenue Operations teams to understand current-state processes and future business requirements.
• Conduct gap assessments and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on solution design and system enhancements.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and large-scale revenue system initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage defects, testing documentation, validation activities, and deployment readiness.
• Maintain project documentation, Jira stories, approvals, and implementation artifacts.
• Support quarterly billing system enhancements, reporting changes, interface updates, and production releases.
• Participate in deployment activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation validation.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB).
• Strong understanding of revenue management, billing, pricing, invoicing, and collections processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Hands-on experience with:
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Test planning and execution
• Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) experience.
• Experience supporting M&A or acquired-company integrations.
• Experience with enterprise billing transformations.
• Understanding of downstream financial systems and chart of accounts.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience supporting global implementations and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $50 - $60 Hourly on W2.
