Job Title: Application Administrator

Location: Foster City, CA

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain application software across Windows and Linux server environments.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex production problems promptly.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), application maps, and configuration guides.
• Manage user access, security permissions, and application-specific settings to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Participate in discussions related to hardware and storage cluster changes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Administrator, System Administrator, or in a related technical role.
• Proven experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, especially in engineering environments.
• Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux servers.
• Good working knowledge of core AWS services, including deploying and managing applications in AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
