• 3–5+ years of Share Point Online and Microsoft 365 experience
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online administration and content management
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms
• Knowledge of SharePoint permissions, security, governance, and information architecture
• Experience developing workflow automation and business solutions using Power Platform
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools
• Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst I – SharePoint & Power Platform to support and enhance enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will manage SharePoint content and governance, develop low-code business applications, automate workflows, and leverage Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and digital collaboration.

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, content, permissions, and governance
• Develop business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Power BI
• Automate workflows and integrate SharePoint lists and libraries
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor platform usage, analytics, and adoption to drive continuous improvements
• Provide user support, training, and best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to improve knowledge management and business processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform experience
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
