Manpower Group is seeking a Fleet Operations Forecaster in Foster City, CA. You will develop models translating demand forecasts into staffing requirements and analyze datasets to identify trends and gaps.
You’ll support leadership with dashboards and insights to inform capacity planning and staffing strategy. The ideal candidate has a data science/ops analytics background, 3–5 years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Looker/Tableau/Databricks to visualize results.
