- Expert-level experience with Kubernetes architecture, networking, security, and troubleshooting at massive scale.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Karpenter and Scale Ops across enterprise Kubernetes clusters.
- Proven expertise resolving complex Kubernetes scaling, performance, availability, and resource utilizationchallenges.
- Deep proficiency with Terraform/Open Tofu, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and custom automation tooling.
- Strong understanding of container-level Fin Ops, resource rightsizing, optimization, and cloud cost avoidance.
- Experience auditing Kubernetes architectures and recommending improvements for HA, security, resilience, and utilization.
- Ability to act as the technical escalation point/SME, quickly identify bottlenecks, and independently implement solutions.
- Strong consulting and knowledge-transfer skills to document best practices and upskill internal engineering teams.
