Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Program Manager, Infrastructure Systems Implementation to join their team. As a Program Manager, Infrastructure Systems Implementation, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $53/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Lead the implementation of an infrastructure project management platform across all sites, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
• Partner with Operations Infrastructure, Finance, IT, Data, and other teams to translate business workflows into system and data requirements.
• Manage requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and rollout activities with third-party software vendors.
• Own the end-to-end management of the KPI framework to measure infrastructure performance throughout its lifecycle.
• Define metrics, validate data quality, and develop reporting tools to provide clear visibility into deployment progress, site readiness, and operational performance.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software implementation.
• Experience with infrastructure deployment, utilities, construction, or facilities management.
• Ability to map the full site lifecycle, including permitting, procurement, construction, and operational handoff.
• Strong understanding of project tracking methodologies, milestone tracking, and RAG reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
