Hire Art is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Capacity Planning Analyst to support workforce planning and capacity management across operations.
In this role, you’ll translate demand signals, staffing assumptions, and operational inputs into actionable capacity plans using Workforce Management (WFM) tools such as NICE, UKG/ADP, Verint, or similar systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring planning models accurately reflect real-world operations and can be effectively translated into schedule‑level staffing decisions.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with workforce management tools, a strong foundation in data accuracy, and the ability to connect planning assumptions to operational outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
As a Capacity Planning Analyst, You'll- Support weekly planning cycles to project staffing needs over a 6-8 week horizon.
- Translate demand signals, activity volumes, and handling times into staffing requirements and capacity plans.
- Maintain, configure, and validate inputs within Workforce Management (WFM) systems (e.g., NICE, UKG/ADP, Verint).
- Ensure capacity models reflect current operational realities by partnering with functional managers and stakeholders.
- Review and update planning assumptions (e.g., demand, productivity, attrition, service levels) to maintain model accuracy.
- Monitor capacity outputs and identify staffing gaps, risks, or inconsistencies.
- Validate data across forecasts, capacity models, and scheduling outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Support translation of capacity plans into schedule‑level requirements in partnership with the scheduling teams.
- Conduct audits of rosters and system configurations to ensure alignment with planning assumptions.
- Prepare and communicate planning updates, insights, and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, economics, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, operations analytics, or a similar role
- Hands‑on experience with WFM platforms (e.g., NICE, UKG/ADP, Verint), including configuring and maintaining system inputs
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working with staffing models, service levels, or demand‑based planning
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to identify staffing needs, gaps, and risks, and support schedule‑level planning
- Experience collaborating with functional managers and stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to cross‑functional audiences
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or contact center environments
- Exposure to intraday or real‑time workforce management concepts
- Experience supporting 24/7 or multi‑location operations

This is a full‑time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art.
