About the RoleComrise is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Service Scheduling Coordinator to join an innovative, fast-paced autonomous mobility operations team in Foster City, CA.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day scheduling, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination across vital fleet operations teams (including Tele Ops, Rider Ops, Mission Readiness, and Fleet Support Analysts). Key Responsibilities- Fleet & Operations Scheduling: Manage day-to-day schedules for fleet service teams and operational resources to ensure optimal fleet readiness and asset utilization.
- Resource & Logistics Coordination: Assist with planning, forecasting, and coordinating staffing and resource logistics across facilities to support shifting operational demands.
- Record Keeping & Tracking: Maintain accurate scheduling trackers, records, and operational documentation.
- Reporting & Data Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visual metrics (KPIs) to communicate schedule updates, resource usage, and operational risks to department leadership.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate productive alignment between internal and external stakeholders, ensure action items are documented, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify scheduling constraints or resource conflicts, escalating issues promptly and recommending process improvements.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, or production planning (experience in mobility, automotive, or manufacturing environments is a plus!).

- Work Environment: 100% Onsite in Foster City, CA (Bayside facility).
- Shift Details: Second Shift | Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM PST.
