ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Residential Sales Representative to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well‑being of the customers that we serve.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area which may span across multiple branch service areas.
- Must be able to physically inspect a variety of residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers.
- Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner.
- Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled.
- Work with branch management team to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved.
- Travel from one area to another or be assigned to a specified territory, and work with branch management team to isolate target areas.
- Must occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary.
- Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities.
- Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis.
- Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must hold the two following licenses:
Branch II, Home Improvement Specialist.
What’s Required
- You must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress professionally. A pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal positively with fellow employees, occasionally under stressful conditions, is a prime requisite.
- Each employee must obey safety instructions, rules, policy and procedures and use provided and installed safety devices and safety equipment. An employee is responsible for notifying their immediate supervisor of a violation or deficiency in safe and healthful working conditions.
