Sares Regis Group is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician II for our Vendome community in San Jose, CA. This on-call role supports turnover, renovations and ongoing maintenance across a 75-unit property.
You will handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs, as well as HVAC and common area upkeep, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Weekend availability is required. The salary range is $28.00-$32.00/hour.
