Unlike traditional product teams that rely on long engineering cycles, our product team directly builds the product using low-code and no-code platforms. Engineering provides the necessary webhooks and backend infrastructure, while the product team rapidly designs, deploys, and iterates on new features.

This enables us to move quickly, streamline processes, and launch impactful solutions in weeks instead of months.

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-powered product ecosystem. In this role, you will blend deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive product vision and execution. You will work closely with engineering, data, and design teams to develop AI-driven solutions that transform mental health care. • Play a key role in shaping and executing our product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that drive growth and engagement.
• Build and enhance AI agents that guide patients through their treatment journey, leveraging automation to improve engagement, support, and personalization.
• Develop automated workflows that streamline patient interactions, optimize clinician workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Design, implement, and refine new features from scratch using our low-code and no-code platform, accelerating the speed of experimentation and deployment.
• Leverage your software engineering experience to contribute to the hands-on development and optimization of our AI-driven product suite, ensuring alignment with growth and patient-centric goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement AI-powered product features, focusing on enhancing the user experience and driving retention.
• Use data-driven insights and technical expertise to identify product improvements that optimize growth, acquisition, and engagement.
• Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to measure the impact of AI-driven growth initiatives.
• Prioritize and manage the implementation of product enhancements, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ship features that align with strategic goals.
• Regularly report on product performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
