JOB TITLE: Program Manager
LOCATION: Foster City, CA (Onsite)
PAY RANGE: $39 - $49/hr.
DURATION: 6 months
Top 3 Skills- Program management experience, preferably 3+ years, ideally in the automotive industry

The Fleet Operations Program Management team is responsible for the reliable and efficient operation of our fleet by delivering projects and managing processes that enable seamless coordination of maintenance and repair programs. Grounded in our unwavering commitment to safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency, we partner with our operational and engineering teams to ensure the fleet is properly configured for its designated operations, and we maintain high fleet uptime to maximize the value-generating potential of the entire fleet.
Responsibilities- Ensure that the vehicle fleets are correctly configured for their intended use. Develop and manage processes for continuously monitoring for configuration updates and take action to re-configure the fleet as necessary.
- Lead and manage the prompt and effective resolution of open rework containment tasks. Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to coordinate vehicle time, technician availability, inclusion of adequate work instructions, and availability of parts.
- Maintain high fleet uptime to maximize the revenue-generating potential of our service fleet and maximize the testing throughput of the R&D fleets.
- Create and own the maintenance and repair process flow for vehicles, develop KPIs for monitoring speed through this process flow, and work cross-functionally to expedite the flow.
- Identify and analyze process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within the vehicle maintenance and repair workflow, and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall service quality.
- Develop long-term plans for support based on vehicle build plans. This includes parts demand planning and headcount planning for technician support.
- Partner with engineering teams on the decommissioning of retired fleet vehicles.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
