Youth Pastor​/Director

Are you passionate about igniting faith, building community, and shaping the next generation of Christ-followers? We’re looking for a dynamic, visionary Youth Pastor/Director who’s excited to create a thriving, high-energy youth ministry for students in grades 6–12—with opportunities to expand into college-age ministry as it grows.

This is more than a part-time role. It’s a chance to launch something meaningful, build a culture students love to be part of, and lead a ministry that’s full of life, purpose, and spiritual transformation.

• You’ll have the freedom to dream, design, and build a youth ministry with your unique gifts and leadership style.
• You’ll be a part of shaping the spiritual lives of students during some of the most pivotal years of their lives.

• Lead weekly youth gatherings that are engaging, biblical, and relational
• Teach Scripture with depth and relevance, helping students connect faith to real life
• Plan exciting events, retreats, camps, and outreach opportunities that build community
• Mentor students through small groups and intentional discipleship
• Partner with parents, volunteers, and church leadership to support holistic student growth
• Cultivate a fun, welcoming, Christ-centered environment where students feel known and valued

• A leader who is energetic, relational, and passionate about students
• Grounded in Scripture and committed to discipleship
• Creative and excited to build something that grows
• Comfortable leading, teaching, and inspiring
• Eager to form meaningful relationships that point students to Jesus
