• Must be available for 8-12 hours (weekdays/weekends)
• Locations:
  North Phoenix, Cave Creek, and surrounding communities

• Minimum of 9 months experience working with seniors
• Must be available 1 to 5 hours daily - varied shifts
• Must have Home Health Aide certificate
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Active driver's license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation

• PPE (Gloves, Masks, Hand Sanitizer, etc.)

• Fully skilled - able to work with clients on bedrest, Hoyer lift, wheelchair, walker, toileting, bathing, briefs
• Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
• TB Test
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation / Must be able to transport clients in your personal vehicle
• Smartphone with Mobile Data Capability (Wi‑Fi‑only devices are not accepted)
