Fountain Hills Medical Center is seeking a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an Arizona Advanced Practice Nursing License for our brand new outpatient treatment center. The role spans wellness, preventive and primary care, with urgent care and disease management.
You’ll work 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 24–40 hours weekly, autonomously or in a team, using CPISQ Evident EMR, with telehealth to protect patient and provider safety.
