Youth and Music Pastor​/Director

We are searching for a passionate, Christ-centered leader to shape the spiritual life of our students and guide our congregation in meaningful, God-honoring worship. This full-time role blends two powerful ministry opportunities: discipling students in grades 6–12 and leading the church in vibrant, blended worship that unites all generations.

• You’ll influence the next generation and the entire church body through two high-impact ministries.

A theologically grounded, relational, and energetic leader who:

• Teach and disciple students through engaging weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and relational mentorship
• Build a welcoming, Christ-centered environment that helps students grow spiritually and connect with the life of the church
• Lead the congregation in authentic, blended worship with strong musical skill and spiritual sensitivity
• Collaborate with musicians, choir leaders, and tech teams to plan, rehearse, and execute meaningful worship services

• Lead and disciple youth through weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and intentional mentorship
• Plan and coordinate youth events, retreats/camps, and outreach opportunities
• Partner with parents, volunteers, and church leadership to support student growth
• Plan and lead worship services and special events aligned with the church’s vision
• Recruit, train, and shepherd worship and tech team members
• Oversee worship flow, rehearsals, scheduling, and basic production elements

This ministry exists to help students grow in their faith journey while leading the entire church in worship that is Christ-centered, participatory, and spiritually formative. You will help people of all ages encounter God through Scripture, music, and community.
