Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance department and ensuring accurate financial records. • Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Collaborate with controller to prepare financial statements and reports
• Support the financial auditing process by providing necessary documentation and information
• Utilize accounting software to record, track, and analyze financial data
• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software ideally Great Plains
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
• Strong Excel skills including pivot table and v-look ups
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
