STAR7 LLC Academy team works with clients such as companies and relocation companies to provide language training for families moving to new countries. We are currently recruiting a Freelance English Language Instructor to deliver in-person lessons to an adult male student in Fountain Inn, South Carolina (US). This assignment may also lead to additional opportunities in the future, supporting other students (virtual and/or in-person).

Key Responsibilities - in this role you will:

• Design and deliver engaging one-to-one lessons tailored to the student's level, goals, and learning style.
• Focus on build on current English skills to improve communication in both casual and working settings.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Encourage active participation and build the student's confidence in speaking and understanding English.
• Adapt teaching methods and pace based on the student's evolving needs.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the student and project manager.

Requirements Native or near-native proficiency in English. Proven experience in teaching/in structuring English as a second language, preferably in a one-to-one setting. Strong knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and usage. Ability to create engaging and personalized lesson plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a student-centered approach. A degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
