We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IE Co-op to join our BPS (Bosch Production System) and TEF6 (Technical Function) team in Fountain Inn, United States. This cooperative education opportunity will provide hands‑on experience in business process systems and industrial engineering applications, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge to real‑world scenarios.

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes using BPS methodologies
• Support the TEF6 IE group with time studies, AutoCAD and Solid Works designs, and project work as needed
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement solutions
  
  Prepare reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in the development of operator work instructions as needed
• Support the team in various industrial engineering projects as needed

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Basic understanding of business process analysis and industrial engineering principles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts in a professional setting
• Relevant coursework or academic projects in process improvement, data analysis, or industrial engineering
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment
